A+++ Best surgeon in the area

Wait time is ridiculous 3 + hrs, either he's over booked or isnt able to handle his patient load. I've been to his office twice ( in network ) . The first time he jammed a needle into my hip bone- worst pain I've ever experienced, made my body jump off the table. Second time he refused to treat me for the torn ligament the MRI showed and insisted that my pain was coming from another area unable to show me where because he couldnt access my MRI... Waste OF TIME waited two months before the appointment just to start all over...

I had Hip replacement surgery over ten years ago from Dr Coppola and have not any problems with the left hip to date. I am now ready for the right hip to be replaced from this same Orthopedic Surgery. I give him a five star rating for the first Surgery and hopefully the same for this next anticipated surgery. Hip replacement. Dr Coppola not only helped me with my hip Replacement but also with my other leg. He knows exactly what you need, very professional. His office staff are proficient and caring. I only waited once, I all my visits. (He does do emergency cases. So you have to take that into consideration. ) He is a Godsend. Helped me through a very difficult time! Surgery case worker Helped me through setting me up. So professional!!!

This doctor is my God send, he drove from out of town back to Bakersfield to perform my surgery, he is a wonderful surgeon and a very kind and wonderful person!!

Just like the good ol days. A real Doctor who knows what he is talking about and can make you hole again...

2-3 hour wait every time.

Waited 2 hours in waiting room--finally asked for all of my information and file. We left and found another office that provided better patient care. Inexcusable.

impossible to even get a nurse to call us back. very few details shared with us. long delays between appts. too long until it was recognized that surgery was a failure
