Dr. Alfred A. Mansour

Dr. Mansour is good surgeon with a calm bedside manner . However - his staff infuriates me . They are incompetent and make excuses for not doing things they are supposed to do by saying they are busy . It can take days or sometimes even a week or more to receive a call back . I understand some mistakes can happen but with them it’s like they drop the ball over and over again . There’s always some issue with them not doing something necessary and me having to call . Dr . Mansour should really considering hiring a more competent staff to support him . His PA is really awesome though and Dr. Mansour is really wonderful , so as long as you can over look his terrible staff, I would highly recommend him.

Our whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. We couldn't be more blessed and thankful to have such great doctor treat our son's injury. When we found out about our little ones diagnosis we as parents where worried and scared, Dr. Mansour gave us peace of mind by explaining the procedure and taking care of our little one.

Earlier this year Dr. Mansour performed two arthroscopic hip surgeries on me due to laberal tears. I'm quickly recovering and feeling terrific. He and his staff have been absolutely wonderful with me throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Mansour and am thankful to him and his staff.

My son had an elbow surgery, surgery results were great. He was very professional and answer every question we need it.

Dr. Mansour is amazing! We were referred to Dr. Mansour by one of his colleagues when it was believed that my 5 year old daughter's broken arm needed surgery. At the initial consultation, Dr. Mansour told us that he thought we could avoid surgery and we did! He was wonderful with my daughter during not some not-so-great (pretty painful) moments and explained everything thoroughly to me and my husband. We really dodged a bullet due to his treatment plan and I would enthusiastically recommend him!

We found Dr. Mansour after almost a year of other therapies and doctors with no definitive answers. We initially just wanted a second opinion, but ended up switching to Dr. Mansour because of his calm bedside manner, thorough physical exam and insistence on another diagnostic test. After a 3-D CT scan, we finally received an answer to why our 16-year old had been suffering from hip pain for almost a year. The scan showed an impingement and we scheduled surgery. The surgery also revealed a torn and bruised labrum. The surgery was successful. He was honest about the pain involved in the procedure itself and the long recovery. The only reason the rating wasn’t 5 stars was because of the sometimes long wait times. We looked at it from the perspective that if we wanted the best, we may have to wait sometimes.

Two physicians in Louisiana recommended we see Dr. Mansour for an surgical opinion on our daughters hip injury (torn labrum -dance injury). We were very glad we made the drive to Houston. Dr. Mansour and his staff were excellent. The surgery and recovery went smoothly. Dr. Mansour personally text us to check on her progress. She is now pain free and getting back to sports.

Dr. Mansour has now worked on both of my children. My son broke his arm, it looked like a "U" shape and he fixed it right up! He also preformed surgery on my daughters knee after a freak incident and now its never been better! We have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Mansour and have been pleased with both our experiences with him. Would recommend to anyone!!

Our 5 Year old broke her arm and was seen by Dr Mansour III and his team. They were very good with Kids, and made us feel confident that her arm was in the best possible hands.
