Outstanding doctor. Has done several surgeries for me with great results. However, for my last 3 appointments I waited in the waiting room for TWO hours. The waiting room was so full, people were sitting outside on the sidewalk curb. This is unacceptable as my time is just as valuable as the doctor's time. In addition, I arrived 10 minutes late for an appointment due to weather conditions as I drive over an hour and when I checked in with the receptionist she wanted to cancel my appointment. Now why is it if I'm 10 minutes late my appointment is to be canceled, but if the doctor is running 2 hours late I am supposed to just accept it? No one at the office seemed to care. I hope something changes because other than the time issue, Bay Street Orthopedics is exceptional!

My appointment & visit with the doctor & his staff was great. No complaints..all friendly & professional. Only complaint I have is the surgery scheduling process is very slow. Hoping to hear something today

Quick appointment scheduling. Long wait due to unforeseen issue, but; worth every minute! Addressed two pain issues. One resolved. Can’t wait for surgery on the other!
