they took so long to see you and the dr don’t not spend even 5 minutes with you after one hour and half waited

Horrible experience with this OB...she doesn’t ask you or explain what she’s doing, she just starts doing whatever when you are already in a vulnerable position. The wait to see her is always long,30/40 minutes and the last and final time I saw her, she was in and out in under 4 minutes. She tried to force me to get testing done that was optional, lost my sonogram results, and her nurse was very rude when I asked for my medical records so I could switch practices. She prescribed my pills I wasn’t even supposed to take and when I had adverse reactions, instead of discussing alternative methods with me, she just kept switching to other drugs that gave me the same reactions. If you want to have a choice in your care and be able to make informed decisions, avoid this doctor.

I have to say I based making my appointment on the reviews I had seen. However this had to of been the worst experience I have had going to a doctors office. I do want to point out that the receptionist was very nice and professional. I arrived 10 minutes early to ensure that I could get all my paper work done before my appointment. We ended up waiting over an hour before we decided we had had enough and we left. We were not the only people who had this problem there was a lady that had been waiting an hour and forty five minutes and walked out of the back demanding a refund! Do not blame her! I understand spending quality time with your patients is important but if this is how you operate then you should change the way you schedule your patients.

I am sure if you have spent time reading reviews the fact that she is always late comes up a lot! Well she was late to by birth after I spent the night in the hospital waiting for her. My baby came with her running down to hall after not having enough oxygen for 25 minutes. No one was available to deliver. She is always over booked and running late. Apparently I was not a priority. I have now spent the last six and a half years of my daughters life at Children's National Medical Center dealing with the repercussions. DO NOT TRUST HER!

The doctor and staff were amazing but the office itself was old and grimy. It did not feel clean enough to be a healthcare facility. The examination table was old and damaged, the room was poorly lit, and dusty.

Dr. Jones is wonderful when I finally saw her. Waiting room was literally packed with people and I finally got into see her TWO HOURS and FORTY FIVE MINUTES after my scheduled appointment. After an hour and twenty minutes of waiting, I asked the front desk staff what was going on as I had to be back to work, and they are the classic grade D, unfriendly, uninterested, unhelpful types. How could they be expected to know when Dr Jones would be available or to acknowledge that appointments are scheduled at specific times for a reason? Their exact words when I asked them for an update an hour and a half into the wait were, "well this is an OBGYN office, so what do you expect?" Ummm, maybe that the word "appointment" has a meaning and if you can't meet the appointments even REMOTELY close to the time that maybe you are having a bad day and should say so to reset expectations with the clients you scheduled appointments with OR that your office is run very poorly and you need to… figure out your scheduling issues? The nonchalance and lack of apology (not a single person apologized) suggests it wasn't an anomaly, but simply their normal practice. One hour and thirty minutes in when I asked when I could expected to be seen, their response was there was no way they could answer. Really? Not even an estimate? Do you do this for a living all day every day? Turns out there were still SIX people in front of me. Waits and delays happen, but SIX people still to go an HOUR and a HALF after the scheduled time? There is no excuse for three hour delays as the norm. Sort out your scheduling and be respectful of peoples times. It's not acceptable to say you are available and schedule people only to make them wait for hours and hours to see you as a standard way of doing business. IN SUM: If you have hours of time to waste, Dr. Jones was VERY nice, approachable, seems qualified, but everything else about the place was an F. Dirty, small, smokey, unsanitary, incompetent/uncaring staff, poorly run... Not a good experience.

If I could give that "Bedside Manner" and "Spends Time With me" and "Accurate Diagnosis" a 0/5 stars, I would. She is a god-awful doctor and doesn't deserve that title. She has THE WORST bedside manner, and if she doesn't "like"you, she'll show it by tarnishing your medical records forever. PLEASE do NOT go to her. She ruined my life.

Late late late! Late to office appointments, late to the actual birth!!!! This woman is not worth the wait. Love her office staff though.

Dr.Jones has been my doctor for four years and has delivered three of my children she is a little slow, but she is a great doctor

Doctor Jones had me wait 1:45 for a biopsy. I then had to talk her into doing a uterine biopsy after a radiologist let me know she had major concerns about me. Dr. Jones said "You're too young for cancer, you don't have cancer." I pushed for the uterine biopsy anyway based on what the radiologist saw. When the office called a week later, the nurse got me on the phone and I only had to wait 7 minutes for Dr. Jones to get on the phone to give me the results. At that point she struggled because she didn't have my chart in front of her. Can you believe that? She then had to ask me how old I was and whether or not I had any children knowing that I would be having a total hysterectomy. It was so unprofessional, but I let it go since the cancer diagnosis was more important at the time. Please do not go to this office. If I had listened to Dr. Jones, I would be in bad shape. Thankfully the cancer was caught at stage 1, but again, if I had listened to Dr. Jones and moved forward with other… procedures she was recommending, who knows? My cancer would most likely be spread all over my by now. ALSO, they totally screwed up a simple prescription for my daughter recently and then they treated her as though it was her fault! It's a long story, but suffice to say they made a major mistake and it's a good thing the medicine isn't a matter of life or death. GO ELSEWHERE!
