This dental office is about about quantity money making money not quality, the waiting room is full of patients at least 20 at a time, the wait time is always 2-4 hours to be seen, no respect for patients time , it’s basically a factory, the staff doesn’t even speak English properly, the staff is loud, the head dental assistant Zulema is rude she’s fake all Over, she treats other assistants as her slave, she doesn’t work, she let’s the assistants do all the dental assistant work, front desk are rude don’t event speak proper English it’s like a ghetto office,, Ivonne in the front desk loud, rude, over all very unhappy with this office do not go to this office. Dr. does not care for his patients, it’s all about making money run run.

I am a patient at Southdade and have been 2-3 times to the office in Kendall. My entire family and 2 close friends go there. I have only great things to say about them. My hygienist Nelsy is the best. My husband had an accident and broke 5 teeth in the front. Dr Trujillo and Dr Corpas made crowns in the front on the same day with a special lab and they look like he was born with them. Don't listen to those negative reviews, its a scam. trust me.

I was charged for a "deep" cleaning and not "prophylactic" which is what my insurance covered. At no point was I given the option to chose. They then attempted to charge me $145 for a cavity which my insurance covered. After bringing it to their attention, they looked into my insurance and informed me that I was right, the cavity was cover 100%; however, there was a desensitizing fee of $130. I called other dental offices and they charge $45 to $50 for desensitizing. BEWARE, WILL RIP YOU OFF

They save me every visit by taking care of my teeth and gums. I would and have recommended. And this will be my lifetime dentist. Thanks a lot.

Nice staff, only do what is needed. Dentist does not rush you!
