The neck lift left me with one side of my neck lifted and the other side with sagging skin and my earlobes on both were sutured to my face ,one lobe was larger than the other and had a purple -red color. This doctor never told me my earlobes would be affected. Details of the surgery were left out. My various health conditions were disregarded because he wanted me to have the surgery and get paid. A large cyst developed on my lower left eyelid which a specialist had to remove.. My eyes remain puffy and I was told by a specialist I was probably injected with fat in my lower lids. The medical records mentioned the fat was thrown out The sides of my eyes were sutured smaller than what they were before. This doctor said he did not do my top lids because then I could not close my eyes. I never gave him permission to do my top lids. My facial skin and hair were damaged from excessive antiseptic solutions . I lost a lot of hair and I have scaly facial skin. On one follow up visit I was nearly… injected with a filler by mistake and stopped seeing this doctor after I suspected I was being injected with something on the back of my neck .When I called this to this doctor's attention he became angry. Through the medical records, I found I was resuscitated twice, something he never told me. His wife and secretary have cosmetic surgeries done by him and their results are good.' But some patients have to get a second surgery done for more money, of course, even though they may not need it. This surgery has left me upset and distressed.

Had lifts done for my face and neck, with bilateral upper and lower eyelids. The forehead lift was repeated a second time, and lower eyelids a second time because they were not done properly. Forehead was not done how I wanted it, for the brows to be lifted so it had to be repeated. The lower lids still had fat that was not removed, leaving them still puffy as before. The top of my head has a major indention from the cut, and my earlobes were sewn to the sides of my face. My upper eyelids are drooping and creasing from extra skin. One side of my neck was lifted, while the other was not. During the second surgery, I needed to be resuscitated. All of this was a terrifying experience for me, and it had left me depressed and upset.

Dr. Villarreal is one of the most talented plastic surgeons in San Antonio. My husband is a surgeon and he insisted I go to Dr. Villarreal for my face. I had my surgery done about 13 years ago and returning to him for a touch up. Love him to death!!

You won't find a more qualified or caring physician. You can trust him completely. I am so happy I chose him for my facelift. The results are amazing and he and his staff were so attentive. He makes sure everything is perfect every step of the way. I have never had such an attentive and caring doctor. He is not out to make a quick buck and really cares about what he does and the results. I would highly recommend him to anyone contemplating plastic surgery.

I would never recommend this doctor. He butchered my breast! I went in needing a breast reduction. He removed too much breast tissue and removed my nipple ( that was unnecessary), now I have to have reconstruction. This has made me very depressed!

I had my facelift done by dr Villarreal, i have to say that i had the best docotor in San Antonio, he is extremely caring, makes himself available 24/7 I felt like he was by bedside all the time, and call me at least 2 tiemes daily after the procedure, I hightly recommend Dr Villarreal for any procedure, he is not only the BEST but also very caring. Iam extremely happy withh my results
