Anesthesia was delivered abruptly with great pain up my arm with the propofol injection without dilution or lidocaine I believe. The incubation tube was poorly placed against my upper lower lip pushing into my teeth and causing abrasion and swelling of both my upper and lower lip. I must have received an excessive amount of general anesthesia and narcotic anesthesia because it took hours to wake up and they wanted to discharge me on naloxone. My procedure was done accompanied by local anesthetic injection in my surgical area.

Visit was a follow-up to vascular scans. Provider seemed unfamiliar with results. The last time I saw him, he suggested I check back with him in a year. This time he suggested I check back with him in six months. I have severe stenosis in my left femoral artery. The doctor prescribed more exercise.

Dr Azzizadeh was great and I'm getting a procedure with him. He alleviated all my concerns. Great team of people as well. Really listened.

I traveled to Houston from Dallas to visit him on his office/clinic day. He spent about 5 minutes with me and ordered a test. After the test he said that there was nothing he could help me with. He did not explain the test or show me the results. I asked him to give further explanation but he just backed out of the room and said I could make a follow-up appointment in 6 months which made no sense if there was nothing he could help me with. He was very cold, distracted and seemed disinterested in what he was doing. Then to top it off, I received a hospital bill for several hundred dollars even though I had paid my $35 copay for an office visit. After inquiring I was told that because the hospital owns the machine he used to do my vascular test (even though it was right there in the office), they were charging me as an outpatient procedure. What a scam! Will not go back to this place and will not recommend this doctor.
