I've worn glasses for more than 40 years. Dr. Matini is the best eye doctor I've ever had. His prescriptions are spot-on, and he spends time with his patients to understand their needs and goals. He's also a nice person. He works from Georgetown Optician and I believe he's a part-owner there. They grind their own lenses and guaranty their own quality. I've bought glasses there in the past, but they're really out of my price range. It's OK to have Dr. Matini write your scrip and to take it someplace else.

Brilliant...Dr. Matini is one of the finest human beings I have had the pleasure to met in my 88 years. I was suffering with a sudden change in my sight! He greeted me with a kind gentle manner and proceeded to give me a through examination and in detail the problem and the cure. I left the office feeling 21 years younger.
