Dr. Naini is the best, period!

I would and have trusted Dr. Naini with my life. He performed two brain surgeries on me and he is incredibly focused. You do not have to worry about some other surgeon or fellow performing your surgery. If you agree to surgery with Dr Naini, he is dedicated to you before, during and after surgeries. Whilst other hospitals surgeons groups employ overlapped surgeries, Dr. Naini and all the surgeons at Neurological Associates of Washington perform their own surgeries from start to finish. They dedicate themselves 100% to you when you are most vulnerable, under anesthesia. You can trust Dr. Naini to do his very best for a good outcome. He is extremely skilled with many years experience, and Dr. Naini has many connections to other surgeons nationwide should he need to consult on your particular issue. I’ve had surgeries with Dr Pearce as well and he is dedicated to customer first mission as are all the other surgeons in his office. I have many family members and friends who have had… surgeries with this surgeons group and I’ve heard nothing but outstanding experiences with NA group. Dr Naini’s office guru, Christina is excellent as well. She is incredibly responsive, hard working and treats you with respect. I can’t say enough good things about the entire group of surgeons and office staff. Go to Neurological Associates of Washington. At OTHER large hospital surgeons groups, I have had bad, life changing surgeries that damaged my brain, peripheral nerves and left me disabled. Dr. Naini repaired what could be repaired. He, Dr. Armitano and Christina are constantly trying to find answers for my remaining painful issues I still have from bad surgeries elsewhere. Incredible!!!

I appreciated he used surgery as a last resort rather than the first line of treatment. Extremely committed to me and my health concern. Very well respected at the hospital.

This guy sucks. Has no clue about bedside manners. Run away from him. 2003 he did spinal surgery, fusion. Had no clue on what to do. Seriously stay away from this guy. Is

Dr Naini did a phenomenal job on my spinal fusion. In the year since my operation he has been an amazing doctor. He always makes time to explain any issues I’m having and looks deeper into the causes of my issues than a typical doctor would. He is genuinely caring and empathetic.

Dr. Naini is awesome! He worked with me before my surgery and explained everything. I wasn't nervous. And he is very detail oriented during the surgery process. And very caring!

I have had many surgeries. most painful pre-surgery were spine. Ali Naini has performed 3 for me and was the most accurate and concise pre-post ive ever had bar non. during exploration his attention to detail and note taking during your office visit, you would think he's not listening to you when in fact his records of your discussion are amazing. I have never dealt with a Dr who pays so much attention to your conversation. next time you go to your Dr ask to see the records of your last visit. youll be amazed at what they did not record. He is also not quick to diagnose. i like that. his surgical staff has been with him many years. quite a team. post surgery , his bedside manner is excellent. if you go to Evergreen hospital and ask the Nurses about Dr Naini you will get a smile and get nothing but praise. I hope he doesnt retire any time soon. thx doc.

Very thorough in his pre-op explanation of surgical equipment, procedure and expectations; extremely courteous and respectful of my family members on surgery day; listens to and regards his pts with obvious interest and attention; as a long-time psychologist (retired) and community member in the Kirkland/Evergreen area, people continue to ask me for referrals - Dr Naini is among those at the top of my list - wonderful surgeon and sweet heart of a person.

Dr. Naini treated me with so much respect and I was in a very difficult situation. He was compassionate and caring. After two surgeries he finally ended my suffering. I cannot recommend him enough to others that suffer from back pain.
