Dr. Ali Akbar Vaziri, DDS

I previously wrote an unflattering review about Dr Vaziri and my unhappiness regarding a denture I had made there. I failed to mention that prior to the delivery of my denture I also had several teeth extracted “painlessly” I will add and I was very happy with Dr Vaziri and in fact actually liked him allot. I was very disappointed in my denture however as it looked nothing like I expected it to. Because I was so upset apparently I misunderstood what the Dr said to me regarding having the teeth reset . I understood him to say I would have to pay to have that done, something I could not afford to do . After later writing to Dr Vaziri on the issue it was explained to me that he had actually offered to have the teeth reset at no cost to me if I did it within 90 days. I never heard that part. In spite of the fact that it is beyond the 90 days , and because of the misunderstanding I saw Dr Vaziri again today and he offered to have the denture re-made for me so that I have the smile I’ve… always wanted. I was so happy that I actually hugged him with tears running down my face ! Thank you Dr Vaziri and I do apologize for my earlier review and the misunderstanding. Sandra Harvey

I took out a $7000 loan through Care Credit to have four teeth extracted for a new upper denture. Much discussion went into my stressing what I wanted and expected my denture to look like in mouth upon completion. That didn’t happen. I asked to speak to Dr alone as I was tired of feeling “ganged up on” by 2-3 of his auxiliary personnel cramping into the room to tell me how great it looked in spite of my protests to the contrary and they naturally agreed with everything he said. On my final visit , the one prior to the feline he agreed to speak to me alone and he did listen to me but totally discounted everything I said and agreed to only make a new denture if I paid the full price for it. I left angry & upset. I had to pay off my loan before I could even afford to see another dentist. Once I had and I asked for my medical records I was denied. On top of this his office manager informed me that now my records indicated that dr had dr offered to replace the denture free of charge within… three months. What ! No one told me that and if they had then why on earth would I have been going around in this shabby , I’ll fitting denture for the past two years ? I’d been back in there in a flash for a free replacement, I’m not stupid and I certainly don’t have money to throw away on something I don’t have to. It will be interesting to see what else has been added and deleted from chart once I finally get it which I’m thinking in spite of the HIPPA Law may take a court order . I worked in a dental office, went through 9 months of dental assistant/front office training and I learned how the game is played . It’s obvious to me what is going on but I’ve never witnessed it taken to this extent. This woman is a sly one but she’s messed with, lied to, and screwed the wrong person this time !

I have always feared the dentist! As soon as I enter the facility I was greeted by the friendly stuff and shortly their Dentist. My mind was put at ease and my procedure was over before I knew it ! I would highly recommend him to all my Family and friends for all their dental needs. I know longer fear the dentist thanks to Dr. Ali Vaziri and stuff. Great bedside manner as well.

i needed a small feeling in my front tooth. after seating on the chair and getting a check up, i was told that i need another feeling fixed in the same tooth. he showed me the xray and i agreed. then i was given a quote of $729. i thought i would faint. two small feelings that took about 20 minutes and cost me more than i could have earned in a week if i was working. i am unemployed. well. i would not recomend him nor would i go back there for other treatments.
