Dr. Alice Beth Cavanagh, MD

Is Dr Cavanagh still practicing ? I have been trying to contact her, I was a patient of hers for years and would like to start seeing her again

Dr. Cavanaugh doesn’t ask any questions about your concerns or what brings you into her office. She is not knowdelable when it comes to adults who have congenital heart doesn’t. I felt rushed durning the visit. I don’t feel there was any level or concern with her. I’ve put in request for her to call me and I never get a call back. She never calls back to go over test results. She is like a robot with no real emotions! I have decided to switch doctors and happy with my decision.

Unfriendly front desk, treat you like a number! Dr. Cavanaugh never remembers what my ailments are nor does she ask how I’m doing. She reads results off computer like a robot, does not interact whatsoever and barely says goodbye. No bedside manner. I have now switched doctors.

I am a regular patient of the doctor and the service provided by her office staff was far from satisfactory! I waited an hour before anyone came to see if I had been checked in! I was overlooked by the desk clerk! She collected my co-payment and confirmed I was the doctors patient by checking me into the hand print scanner! The normal wait time in the past has been about 15 minutes. I did finally see the doctor finally and she explained the wait time was excessive and she advised I shouldn’t have waited longer than 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment! I am on my way out of the office to check out and the desk clerk was ready to assist me however a new patient came in to check in and she requested someone else help me! The healthcare industry does not have good reputation right now because of the poor service being offered to seniors like myself! We are often overlooked and under served!

She's been my doctor for almost 20 years - I know I can always trust her to do the right thing and partner with me on my health choices.
