very professional. superb results in two eyes

No smiling face. Very crude face. Rude and no manners.

My husband went for an eye exam today with Dr. Cheng, and I accompanied him. When she called him into the exam room, she looked at him and ignored me. Upon entering she immediately asked me, “Who are you?” I told her I was his wife. Then she asked, “What is your name?” I gave her my name. I said, “Good morning” with no reply from her. I was being interrogated and it was not a nice feeling. There was no “hello” or any other comment than, “Someone is wearing HEAVY PERFUME!” Well my husband surely would not be wearing perfume, so she looked to me. I immediately said I would leave as I was done being insulted. I had NO PERFUME ON of any kind or lotion that could be determined to be offensive. I wanted to accompany my husband because it was his first eye exam and his first language is Italian. I was very familiar with eye issues personally and wanted to be there for him. After we left I asked him if she was wheezing or coughing or had itchy eyes. He said that there were no symptoms… whatsoever. I don’t know what this doctor does when patients come in with REAL PERFUME on, or if they all get interrogated with this rude demeanor, but I would NEVER treat anyone in the manner she spoke to me and treated me. My husband was appalled, and we asked the receptionist for the card so I could make sure that people are prepared for this unconscionable behavior. SHAME ON YOU DR. CHENG! We will not allow her to treat us in that manner again. We are kind and thoughtful individuals, with a love of life and respect for all that we encounter. We will seek another doctor in the future.
