My niece left crying ! She was told she could not leave after waiting for 4 hours and then the Doctor told that her pregnancy was not valuable intill 20 weeks and acted like she did not care about the life of a unborn child .. ‘ even though her pregnancy and child has been perfect . I would never suggest this Doctor.

This doctor proves that biology and anatomy is simply not enough to provide care to patients. This doctor lacks the manners, empathy, and social skills to make patients feel like they are more than just a Id bracelet. Just like a waitress that already knows she will gratuity so her service is below par, Fray works for an organization that pays her hourly not per patient so her service mimics a horrible waitress. As I was going over my issues, she asked me to state them in an organized way. Am I a patient in discomfort and distress or a child writing a book report? She then went on to tell me that there wasn’t much she could do but give me pain medicine. I beg to differ, you can give me respect and compassion as well. This is the second time I have been seen in urgent care and the first time I assumed that she was new or having a bad day, but this is unacceptable. She should not be allowed to represent Popeyes, worth less, a medical center. It is people like her that make you not want… to seek medical attention.

Kind Doctor but after a visit to the emergency room at DeKalb County Medical center for an allergic reaction, she failed to send my insurance company the proper report after several attempts. Now they are billing me her whole fee. Now I'm chasing her down to get the paper work to the insurance company. Very irresponsible.
