Dr. Alice Wei-Li Kung, MD

I have been a patient for about 7 years. Dr Kung always provides excellent and thorough care. During this pandemic when I was not well, she was always available via her office. She called me many times to check on my condition. I was always able to call her office and get an immediate response to my condition. I have had many good doctors and she is one of the best. I trust her completely with my life and am happy to know she is there for me.

Dr. Kung is empathetic, down to earth, and has enormous attention to detail. She's not only an excellent doctor, but a good person.

When I first made my appt to see Dr. Kung, I was very skeptical because all I've had were bad experiences with my previous PCP. She proved me wrong and is amazing. I could not be have been luckier that she was accepting new patients when I needed help the most. She is so caring, detailed, honest, and smart. Instead of being the PCP that most people only go to see once a year, she's seen me more than her fair share to make sure that I get my follow up care as needed. Her and her office are very responsive whenever I call or email and I'd be happy to recommend her to anyone.

Dr Kung did not listen to my concerns and pointed out rather quickly that her top priority was following her first time visit protocol and that she would address my questions if she had time at the end of my visit. As someone who was quite sick at the time, I find this unacceptable. If you are looking for a doctor that wants to actually hear what your symptoms and concerns are and asks follow-up questions, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

I found Dr. Kung to be very professional and very knowledgeable. I think she is a very good diagnostician. She listens to your medical condition and concerns and evaluates it very thoroughly..

Alice Kung does not listen. She completely misunderstood what I needed and caused me harm.

I saw Dr.Kung at MGH (she is no more with Tufts).She was very professional and friendly.She had warned me over some things that could potentially come out of my blod test and I had to be back, and it was exactly the case.She followed up very thoroughly and I am glad to have her as my PCP.Greatly recommend.

Dr. Kung is really awesome. I do quite a bit of reading so already had most of my concerns worked out before even visiting. She's extremely grounded, friendly, and energetic. She offered practical advice and educated me on some things that I hadn't yet heard. She also put it in perspective and treated me like a human being. I've never been this relaxed working with someone who is examing me. Overall great experience with a skilled professional and I'll make the drive to MGH to work with her again.
