Dr. Alicia Ann Cool, MD

I have been going to Dr. Cool for over a year. Very experienced in getting to the problem, her diagnosis is spot on, and her medical concern for me as her patient is excellent. Her advise is good, and a great provider.

I was misdiagnosed by Dr Cool at GBMC Hospital and it cost me thousands of dollars. Calls to her office went unanswered and her bills are outrageous.

Excellent physician

Dr. Cool is one of the few doctors I ever met who consistently cares about her patients on an individual level. I know she puts in many extra hours at work often putting her her patients needs above her own.

Knowledgeable and caring

Dr. Cool is a most exceptional person and outstanding doctor. She has perfected the blend of science and humanity in her practice. I recommend her without reservation.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. She did not check the patients allergies and gave them a medication that sent them to the ER. Misdiagnosed the underlying problem too. Phone calls to her office go to voicemail and the calls are never returned. Rude billing staff.

If you are looking for a doctor for your older years this is not a Dr. who cares . Even though she has a 2 missed appointments =dismissal from her practice guideline ,she has been known not to check on that older patient to make sure theres not an underlying condition keeping them from coming ,nor does she chat with them to remedy the situation. An 80yr old patient I know was dimissed after 17 yrs for 2 missed appts . She also tried a new medication for me and did not check with my other doctor about the medicine I was taking before she switched it . I had a negative reaction which sent me to the ER . Take your chances but you will not receive good bedside manner or personal consideration .

Dr. Cool has taken care of me, my sister and my mother over the past 25 years. She is far and away the best physician I have ever seen. As a physician myself I have the utmost in confidence in her. She is patient, thorough, and compassionate. Her care for my mother as she was aging and suffering with 2 different cancers was an amazing source of comfort to the whole family. If I lived within an hour or two I would be continuing to see her.

Dr. Cool has been my PCP for 13 years and is the best doctor I've ever had. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is the most caring doctor I've ever met.
