Dr Grossmann was well prepared to discuss my health and took time to listen to all my concerns questions

Alicia has poor people skills. I think medically she is knowledgeable but her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired!

She is personable and thorough. She knows when to make a referral to a specialist in when she wants to handle it herself

She combined my physical with a mental health visit without my prior knowledge and charged me $100 for a visit that should have been $0. All she did was ask me how my medication is working. That was it. Everything else was standard physical. Also increased co-pay from $80 - $100 without prior notification and office staff could not explain why. The office staff was unorganized and unhelpful with resolving this issues so I'm now working with my insurance to dispute the claim. All she cares about is $$$ find a doctor that cares about your health, is transparent, and will work with you!

After years of being treated like cattle at a big clinic, I'm so grateful that I found Dr. Grossmann. She and her office staff make me feel important and valued.

If you like having access to your doctor for aliments you find important to you, and like being treated as a valuable customer, I recommend you avoid this doctor at all costs. I have been a patient of Alicia Grossman for over 5 years, and my only interactions with her are during the 5 minutes I see her in the visits. Despite being a long-time patient, I am treated as a malicious stalker every time I attempted to reach her with my concerns. The front office staff is rude and condescending, which is made more insulting when you realize most of them are 10 years my junior. When I am able to get a hold of her, my questions are given little regard and very short, vague answers are given. I have insurance and always pay any balances in full and upfront, so there is not logical explanation for the crass attitude.
