Everything was great. Made appointment online and received call back from the office next business day. Super nice. Arrived at office and completed paperwork - as usual. Observed continuous cleaning of everything. Had initial work up with assistant them visit with doctor. Again - super nice. Had blood drawn as well - that alone is worth 5 stars. I did not even know she had inserted the needle. Impressive. Refill sent and I had an update from my pharmacy before I even left the office. Overall this is a great office. Small - personable - caring.

she does not care about anyone but MONEY !!! she is always late never cares about her patience only her VIP patients she has never been on time since i have been coming to see her. To top it off i received a bill from the lab because she dont know how to use codes for my insurance to cover my labs. expect to wait at least an hour just to see her walk in rushing and only talking to her for 5 mins her stethoscope never even touched my chest.

Each visit with Doctor Hall I endured was incredibly disappointing. After waiting several hours after my scheduled appointment time - not a problem specific to this office, granted - Dr. Hall would give the briefest and most distracted of health assessments. New to Nashville, I needed a primary care physician to continue receiving an SSRI I was prescribed several years ago in Chicago. I am working with other theraputic professionals regarding emotional health issues, to which medication is an important supplement. My wife and I lost our health insurance, so could not continue to visit Dr. Hall's office, paying out of pocket. It's all I can do to afford the pills and therapy. When I called while traveling, out of medication, her office refused to refill my script. this is a PSYCHOTHERAPUTIC drug that is very dangerous to stop taking. I was told my only option was to visit her office, which, I cannot afford to do even if I was not traveling. I understand that this is a symptom of a very… broken medical system in the US, but it feels to me to be incredibly medically negligent. The receptionist and nurse was incredibly rude to me when I tried to explain that I was in an impossible situation for me, that I would have to be without medication for an extended time. I was eventually hung up on. All I can possibly conclude is that Dr. Hall's office cares more about my money than my health.

She is consistently late. Never pays attention. Terrible follow up.

I first met Dr Hall at Life Signs over 6 years ago. I had gone there for my physical and she was there as part-time. She was wonderful, caring and through. That’s why when Life Signs closed, I called Dr. Halls office and asked that she continue as my PCP. Fast forward 3 years…the last visit I had with her was unbelievable! I waited in her office for over an hour and 15 minutes. When I did get to see her, she told me she only had 5 minutes, because she was late for another appointment. She barely heard what I was saying before telling me that she REALLY had to leave. I was left sitting in the exam room dumbfounded. Needless to say, I will be finding a new PCP. What a shame

Dr. Hall is a very nice Doctor her nurse practitioner ( I think her name is Kim) was nice as well. I only saw her maybe twice, and canceled my last visit I am in search of a good caring doctor and a nice staff won't hurt. Her billing department keeps billing me $25 dollars for a visit that I canceled. I am sure it has gone to collections, I told the person(s) at the desk ( called 2 times) that I canceled my last appointment, but the guy and lady didn't want to hear it and had an attitude anyway. I don't think it's right that they will bill you anyway if you canceled and it was their fault they didn't cancel my appointment. Still in search of a good doctor. If felt more like a business transaction.
