Dr. Alicia Cornetta Taylor, MD

Dr. Alicia Taylor was supposed to perform a hysterectomy on me 5/21/18. Comes to find out she never performed a hysterectomy on me but charged my insurance company. Comes to find that now I suffer ovarian cancer and can’t seem to find her to question what kind of surgery she actually performed. Seems like she’s totally disappeared.

Dr. Taylor was very nonchalant throughout all my appts. This was my first baby so I wasn’t sure on what to expect. Her attitude is horrible. And when i was in labor my blood pressure was almost 200 for over 2 to 3 hours and she came at the last minute and did a c section. She also cut me before the anesthesia kicked in so I felt the first cut. After that she wanted me to follow up the next week but I wasn’t able due to having appts for my baby and going back and forth was having a strain on me. At the end of that week I started running a fever and my husband called her to see what to do and the first thing she says is why you waited until Friday to call her. He gave a few choice words. I say all this to say if you just want someone who’s not gonna really care then this is the doctor for you. I hope no one else go through what I did with this doctor.

The lady with the short blond hair ruined my first experience here. She acts as if she is high and mighty. She told me I didn't have active insurance. I politely told her that I did. And she asked when was the last time I used it. I told her yesterday. 10 minutes later after them checking, she said she was finishing up processing my paperwork. Never once did she say sorry for her mistake. She called me to her desk to give me back my id and insurance card, I got them and was returning to my sit, when she rudely said "I wasn't finished checking you in". I return to the desk, she asked the purpose for the visit, that was already said when I scheduled my appt and on the paperwork. I told her for my annual. Then she said with an attitude, "now I'm finished checking you in".

I hate that she is retired. She is so awesome and such a sweetheart. She does what's in the best interest of the patient and literally walks you through every step of whatever it may be that needs to be done.

Love her! She has delivered both my Sons. Her Bedside manners are what keeps me coming back. Great staff as well

I have been with this doctor for some years now. She's the best, she more like family to me. Wouldn't trade her for no other. Thanks Dr. Taylor for being you.....

Really great doctor she delivered my second born. I love how she get to know the patient and becomes involved with your health. She explains every things that she does and is patient in all she does.

As a middle aged woman I have been to my share of OB/GYN's. My search is now over. She listens!
