He refused to get me into PT....I have a SLAP tear. He denigrated me for being mentally ill. He accused me of not being compliant on my psych meds...none of his business, my psychiatrist handles all that. He usurped her authority on that one. He said I didn't deserve to be on disability, then said I was lazy and could work. He broke 3 ADA laws and will be getting to what's coming to him. He should have his license to practice revoked. He's obviously unqualified to practice medicine. This was the worst doctor appointment I’ve ever experienced. I left the office feeling degraded and worthless. Given the medical situation is challenging and there are certainly things that needs to be addressed on my own, he made me feel hopeless. I feel he’s in the wrong profession. His bed side manner is close to nil. The prescription he said will be ready at the pharmacy was non-existent. I would not recommend him in anyway.

Misdiagnosed with several serious conditions that I do not have. Unprofessional. Front office is the worst. Never answer the phone. Horrible

I saw Dr. Ledford back at Keaau Family Clinic in 2014-2015. He's highly intelligent, experienced, articulate, field-tested, attentive. a very adept artistic surgeon, friendly, an expert diagnostician, talks straight up and honestly. He took a cancerous wart off my cheek better than any plastic surgeon. He gave me news of melanoma in a compassionate way. I'm still well, alive, and kicking thanks to his skill. Best doctor I have ever seen. I wish he'd transfer over to Kaiser Permanente Hilo Clinic, where my family and I now go due to Obamacare. We'd all switch to him in a heartbeat!

The best doctor I have seen in a long time. Very smart. Honest. Tells me like it is. Very down to earth. Highly recommend.
