Dr. Alireza Karbassi

He put my braces on then one of the brackets broke and now they have to put stuff on it to make it stick again but apparently it eats your teeth. So I might lose my front tooth because they use a dangerous chemical on my tooth. Besides that every time I go there he is segueing with the other staff members and I watched him insult a grandmother because her grandson was crying. Besides that it’s clean the wait is a little long but it’s defiantly improved. I would recommend him if you don’t want the best but you also don’t want the worst.

My son started seeing Dr Karbassi at 13, he just got his braces off last Saturday. Dr Karbassi did a awesome job and I can’t be more pleased with the work he done. My son now has the Confidence he lacked previously. And WONT STOP SMILING. The office staff is also AWESOME. They made a great effort to work around my work schedule and my sons school schedule. Thank you guys for always being nice and knowledgeable about the process that I knew nothing about.

PARENTS & PATIENTS BEWARE! Please be cautious of Karbassi Orthodontics. Our experience with this doctor was extremely negative. Dr. Karbassi is rude to the parents and mean to the children. We witnessed several parents being very upset for many reasons and children crying at the office. The office is highly unorganized and there is a severe lack of cleanliness. The billing system is untrustworthy, and the medical care is unsanitary, Dr. Karbassi does not wear medical gloves/masks for every patient. Our son’s braces were incorrectly put on causing extreme issues, we switched to a new orthodontist where the braces had to be completely removed and put back on and treatment started all over again after over a year of wearing them. Please do your research before choosing this doctor, there are a countless number of very negative and concerning reviews and complaints/grievances have been filed with the Ohio State Dental Board, Better Business Bureau and local Dental Societies.

Have been verbally put down by him starting at second visit. He actually laid hands on me today to raise my right arm in the air to listen to him in front of a room full of patients waiting to be seen. I have been doing everything he has asked me to do with my 12 year old daughter. He yells at her, I'm not allowed to go back with her, then yells at me. Him putting his hands on me today was the last straw!

Have been told my braces would be off months ago as I keep getting new appointments. Every time I come in for an appointment I’m sitting in the chair for atleast 30-40 minutes without anyone even looking at my braces. If you are usually running on a schedule I would highly recommend someone else instead of sitting there while he wastes your time.

My daughter's smile turned out beautiful! Dr. Karbassi is a magician. Knowledgable, masterful and kind. I am deeply grateful for his expertise and his sweet staff who helped us to complete this journey.

I was seen for TMJ treatment. Doctor K. was funny but gave me better options than I was offered at another dentist. I was able to get an appliance to help decrease my lock jaw issues and avoided surgery. They didn't make me pay everything upfront so being able to finance through their office, plus not having interest fees was a huge bonus.

He's a very great doctor! He takes time to understand what all the patient needs are and helps out! He tries to help out in every way he can! Totally choose him! Would not go to anyone else but him!! I like Dr.K!!! ð???ð???

Extremely rude and ill-mannered doctor. Instead of apologizing for his glaring mistakes, he humiliates not only the patient, but the parents also. Very bad experience.

I love Doctor K. He made me feel comfortable and not scared about getting treatment for my jaw problems. I am an adult so felt weird going to an office where there were teens getting braces, but came to find that there were other adults like me with TMJ and braces on as well. My headaches are almost non-existent, and I used to have constant head pain daily. Doc is wonderful and I recommend him to everyone!
