Dr. Alireza Nami, MD

My primary doctor recommended him and i saw him one time and Dr. Nami was fast talking and does not have any personal skills!! I switched to Dr. Brendese and I adore him because he truly cares about his patients and he spends time with you and listens to your concerns!! However, the Ballantyne office has too much turn over!!! Every month, there is a new person a the front desk and their is a new nurse!! That tells me that their is poor management!! One nurse, Tanya, who does the infusions does not care if she hurts you and I believe she and Dr. Nami are the cause of the turn over in the office!!! Tanya is the office manager and when I first starting going there, there was a nurse that was an excellent nurse and left because Tanya!! Something needs to be done to stop the turn over if that means changing management and Dr. Nami taking a course on how to treat his staff and his patients!! I believe the only reason that the people continue to go there is because they are in the care of Dr.… Brendese!!!!! I have been seeing Dr. Brendese for 9 years and if he every left the office, I would follow him where he would go!! This should speak volumes about that changes NEED TO CHANGE!! I WOULD GIVE DR. Brendese 5 stars!!

Dr. Nami is a great doctor and he knows what he is doing. Even though he multi-task to me, he still knows his business and what to do for his patients. God bless his practice and him along with his staff. They are all great.

Dr. Mami acts likes he cares somewhat ,but sometimes he acts like he doesn't believe what the patient is saying , always behind and he and his staff are not professional at all as soon I find me a new Rheumatologist I'm gone

Worse doctor I’ve ever seen!! He is a fast talker and doesn’t tell you what’s wrong with you!! My first visit was with him and now I see Dr. Brendese who is an excellent doctor! Dr. Brendese takes his time with you, listens to your health issues and is truly a an excellent doctor!!

Very caring and compassionate. Throughly explained everything and listened very tentatively. I have been to 3 different Drs, primary care and 2 orthopedic Drs and Dr Nami was able to answer all my questions and diagnose me promptly. I have multiple issues and he was able to get to the root of issues. His Nurse Bonnie and front desk Antonette were great.

I have been seeing Dr. Nami had to wait very long . He does seem distracted by what he is putting in the computer while he is talking but he always says go on I am listening. I find him to be a brilliant doctor, he has gotten me farther along in a short time than others did in four years. His staff has always been very kind and professional.

My main complaint would be the wait time. Both times I have seen him my wait time is over and hr. I am sitting here now in room. My appt was 2:15. Its currently now 3:40 and still have not seen doctor. Both times here only seen 2girls working and its easy to see they are over worked and to a point unprofessional. Inappriate conversation going on around me. Doc speaks so low I can't quite hear him. Soft and low speaking was one of the first things he said to me.

He is a horrible doctor. Get a second opinion, get another dr actually. Do not waste your money here. He just doesn't listen and He simply doesn't care about you just your cash.

I've been a patient for almost 10 years every month. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous! They always overbook! Dr. Nami doesn't listen to my concerns. He talks over you and only wants to give you what he wants. I have voiced my concerns about the infusions because of the side effects but he doesn't really care. He doesn't like to prescribe pain meds and will force you to go on those infusions/injections. I'm in the process of finding another doctor....

I saw dr nami twice. It was like talking to a brick wall. He seemed aloof and Just there to make a buck. Not very thorough. Prescribed a medication that caused a lot of bleeding and would not return my phone calls. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a better doctor.
