Dr Ash and staff are wonderful. Dr Ash is very knowledgeable and spends time explaining. She and the are always friendly and understanding

She doesnt seem to care about her patients feelings at all. Id express a concern or a problem that has been happening constantly and she wont do a dang thing she blows it off like its nothing and tells me without even doing an exam or even seeing me she will say oh youre fine or you can deal with it. Im pregnant and im a first time mom and she doesnt seem to care about helping at all. She has 1 nice nurse and 1 rude nurse. I used to have the nice one till she switched me over to the rude one I've asked her for a different nurse and still get the rude nurse. Last time i went in they found something of course a different doctor did. I called her later and she was like youre fine not like they found anything last time so that tells you how well she cares for her patients. Id rather have any other doctor then her.

Dr Ash is amazing and I recommend her to anyone looking for OB services.

I really enjoyed Dr. Ash during our prenatal appointments (and I love the staff at IWC) however my opinion of her changed during the birth of my baby. I had a very long labor and delivery. I pushed for almost three hours and Dr. Ash seemed irritated and extremely inconvenienced by that fact that my baby was not coming out quickly. She mentioned several times how much she had to do back in her office and while she may not have thought anything of discussing her workload in front of me, she stressed me out. At one point she reprimanded a nurse for calling her so soon after I started pushing because she had other things she needed to get done. It was uncomfortable and not at all the labor and delivery that I had imagined or wanted. It wasn't until she discovered my baby was in the wrong position that she stopped complaining about how long I was taking and started focusing on me and my baby. I honestly wish my nurse had been the one to delivery my baby because Dr. Ash lacked patience,… compassion, and bed side manner.
