Dr. Alison Austin

Dr. Austin is the best pediatrician I could hope for. She takes a genuine interest in my baby and takes the time to answer all my questions, replies quickly to the portal, follows up, and doesn’t hesitate to set up an appointment to make sure everything is okay. The office also has a fantastic nurse hotline that is even available during off hours…and when you are having a health concern in those off hours, access to an health professional and the assurance they can provide is priceless. I recommend Dr. Austin and this practice to everyone!!

Very sweet, patient, great bedside manner. Very kind to my son who has an expressive speech delay. Didn’t rush & listened to my concerns. Love her!

Great experience as always. She took the time to get to know our son and got him to talk about his routines, diet, etc. Very respectful and answered all of our questions. The office and the staff are all very pleasant, too. Highly recommended!

We have nothing bad to say about Dr. Austin. She has been our son’s doctor since he was 4 days old, and until he is old enough to no longer be under her care, she’ll be our pediatrician.

Dr. Austin is the best! She is very patient and caring. She always makes sure that I am doing okay as a mom too, not just the baby. The staffs are very welcoming. And the whole clinic is very clean.
