Dr. Alison Voigt Crum, MD

I couldn't disagree more with the negative reviews listed. Dr. Crum is one of the best opthamologists I've ever encountered, and I've lived all over the US. She diagnosed and treated a condition that had been misdiagnosed by numerous others. She was extremely thorough in getting to the bottom of my issue. She is well worth the wait time.

Dr. Crum provided excellent professional and caring treatment in an urgent situation. She has specialized expertise that she clearly does well. Well worth the 8 hour drive from another state. I will go to her again if the need arises.

Dr Crum was kind, caring, and noticed some very important issues that two previous physicians hadn't considered. She did an extremely thorough exam, and helped me with a painful problem I'd had for months! She set up a plan for future steps we could take, if necessary. I really appreciated her extpertise! I highly recommend her! (A review I read noted she "talked to her follower, not me." This may have been when she dictated her medical notes to her assistant!

Not a care giving Dr. You are nothing more than a pay check for nothing. Office was rude and slow. It’s a waste of your time with her.

She was rude. She talked to her follower not me. Had 0 compassion or empathy. She sucks and Ann her receptionist is one on the rudest people I've ever dealt with in the medical world.

Dr. Crum wears two hats at the Moran Eye Center, she sees patients with neurologic problems as well as problems with their eyelids. I ended up in her oculoplastic clinic with what turned out to be more or less a "general" issue. Despite my problem not being something she usually deals with, I was grateful that she did a full exam and carefully explained the steps I need to take to resolve it. In 10 minutes she was able to fix the problem that 5 other doctors didn't! After following her advice I feel so much better. Thank you and I would recommend Dr. Crum wholeheartedly to my family.

She was horribly rude
