Alison Tracey Freeman, DMD, was raised in Hopkinton, MA, and attended the University of Rochester, where she received a BS in cell and developmental biology in 2001. Dr. Freeman’s interest in dentistry developed there while working in a laboratory studying craniofacial defects. She pursued her professional goals at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and earned her DMD in 2005. She continued her education at Boston University School of Dental Medicine, where she completed a residency in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. Following her residency, Dr. Freeman and her husband lived in Raleigh, NC, where she practiced for two years in a family dental practice.  Dr. Freeman is an active member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentists.
Dr. Freeman provides patients with high quality, comprehensive dental care in order to achieve an ideal state of …health, function and aesthetics. She strives to understand the emotional and psychological needs of patients with a staff that creates a warm and compassionate treatment setting. Through personal treatment planning and education, patients gain a positive self-image and the knowledge needed to maintain and improve dental health.
Outside the office, Dr. Freeman and her husband are enjoying their two daughters and energetic dog. They can often be found together biking, swimming and kayaking.
