The office staff has changed for the better in the last year! I'm so happy because I love the doctor but i was considering leaving. The load know-it-all at the front desk is gone and the feminine gentleman who replaced her is friendly and efficient. Terrific upgrade!!

She is awesome. During my first pregnancy, I was a nervous Nellie! but she always made time to answer all my questions and always made me feel better. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ho's reception staff is incredibly rude, insulting and unprofessional. They make it extremely unpleasant to be a patient there. They make it incredibly difficult to get through to them on the phone, to make an appointment or even ask questions about your medical treatments. And on top of everything, I had to wait weeks to get an appointment! I have been a patient of hers for 20 years, but the 2-day cancellation policy and incredible rudeness and stupidity of the office staff (not letting the Medco pharmacist speak with her, not sending me my Rx until I saw her) is making me rethink the relationship.

I have been to see her and her clinic, Lexington OBGYN for 9months since I get pregnant for the first time. I see Dr. Alison sometimes less than 3 min. She is always rushing to take another patient. There is absolutely no time to ask questions. Sometimes, she doesn't even say "hi". I am sure she wouldn't notice me if I see her outside the office. If you are looking for an OB dr who is friendly and takes time to listen to you, she is not the right person.

She knows her stuff, but her bedside manner is not the best. She is fairly patronizing, and as first-time parents, we find this frustrating.

This doctor and her staff never looked at my test results until I returned for my annual visit the following year. My results had indicated a number of issues that had needed to be addressed immediately and this oversight will impact the rest of my life.

Dr. Ho is a very kind and caring doctor. Her first concern is your well being. She has no ego and will get you the help that you need if it is the beyond her scope of expertise. She is a competent doctor and a kindhearted person.

Dr. Ho delivered my son. She is caring and explains what she is doing. I wouldn't say she has the best bedside manner during appointments, but during my labor she was the terrific. I highly recommend her.
