Dr. Alison Rose Holloway, MD

Been multiple times and is nice. I could do without the YouTube videos on illnesses and non-necessary charges (seems like the facility - Northwestern Medicine Group is money hungry).

Dr Holloway was the easiest Doctor I ever had to relate to. She made me feel comfortable because I am usually easily intimidated by doctors. I wish I could have taken her with me when I had to relocate to TX.

Getting in to see Dr Holloway is tough, but there are ways around it. She's always been patient and provided clear direction and explaination of diagnosis. Her office has followed up when expected, and returned calls when needed. No compliants besides seeing her last minute.

Dr Holloway was friendly and listened to me. I liked her and the office.

I will never go back to her again. She has no customer service skills. She and her assistant are just plain rude!

I've been going to Dr Holloway for 8 years. She's dedicated, concerned & an excellent Dr. She called me at home numerous times to check on my well being after I've been to her office. I had the "REAL" flu 7 yrs ago & she was wonderful.

This doctor is more of a computer programmer than anything. Always asks what kind of drugs you need. Seems to just push drugs on you. Had me on many, made me a mess. Office workers not very friendly and very rushed feeling.

Office staff seems to always be in a rush and not attentive to patient needs. It is hard to get a response to calls made to the office. Also, they are always running late seeing patients. Another pet peeve is requiring frequent office visits (thus costs) to follow and get medications refilled. This is all unfortunate because she seems to be a very caring doctor.

Dr Holloway was great. I agree with other people. Her office staff was bad at following up and some staff showed no courtesy at all over the phone.Plus I had blood drawn at their office mid last week and stll has the bruise on my arm.
