Excellent care, takes the necessary time, compassionate. Would not go anywhere else.

Dr Klenk has been treating my daughter for the last 5-7 years and she has been very good to work with.

When I see her I never get to see just her she always has an assistant that she is training and they are the ones freezing and practicing on me. For once I would like to just see her she is a professional and I don't want a trainee working on me. And my copay through anthem has never enough I always get this 4 and $500 bill just for a office visit after my anthem $35 copay

This doctor very impatient, she did not spend time to listen her patient. Most of my visiting, she let other doctor meet me first, then will she come over to talk for 2 mins. I feel I was be traded to one and another.

I was very comfortable with Dr. Klenk. She put me at ease and took the time to answer all of my questions. She seemed very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her to others.

She made sure to address everything I came in for, and even asked if I'd had any other dermatological issues. She asked questions beyond just my medical condition and really cared about what I had to say.
