I've been seeing Dr Snider for close to three years now. She's absolutely the best. She answers calls, texts, and any questions. She understands each individual and works with him accordingly. I could not ask for a better doctor!

I usually see Carly, one of the PA's in Dr. Snider's office. I can't say enough good things about her and this office. Never wait more than 10-15 minutes - sometimes not at all. Very caring people, understanding, listen to you and do not rush you. Extremely happy with this practice

Simply the best.

Dr Snider is a very caring doctor and she actually listens to you. She takes time and she asks lots of questions. I never feel rushed out.

My husband and I love Dr. Snider. We mostly see her for our regular 3 months appt. She is very thorough and due to this she saved my husband's life. He gave her symptoms, she did an EKG, kept him there in her office until she got a same day appt. with a cardiologist. The cardiologist she recommended performed a heart cath and found 5 blocked arteries. Without Dr Snider being so stern and deliberate with my husband(as we know men don't like drs) my husband would not be here today. There are times we get sick and need to get a same day appt and usually we cannot see her but we have a favorite PA that we have no problems getting same day appts. with. The PA is just as thorough as Dr Snider and takes his time to listen to you as well. We love Dr. Snider and her staff. They are very caring and we do not feel like we are just a patient number but a patient that is a person who has feelings and needs. And if she is running behind, I know I will still get her undivided attention for ever how… long it takes. She does not rush through appointments just because she is running behind.

To many PAs!! Dr. Snider doesn't have time To see see her patients. Very upset with Sandy one of the many PAs in her office.She made my mother very very sick by Changing one of her meds while she Was in a assisted living and not tell meWhat she changed it to.. When I called herTo discuss the Side effects my motherWas experiencing she didn't care.. And Told me to find a new Doctor!! I triedCalling Dr. Snider but she would not Return the phone call.. Please StayFar away from this practice!!!

I had been a patient since we moved to NC & found Dr. Snider to be one of the absolute best physicians I had ever met. Friendly, knowledgeable, caring, accurate, etc. But over time, her practice grew and things went downhill. No more same day appts - if you get really sick you have to go to an urgent care & roll the dice. You *might* get squeezed in by one of her PAs (& you'll see a different one every time). But if I'm sick enough to go see the doctor, I want to see MY doctor - not her PA. I found that as a primary care physician I really couldn't ever see her when I needed her. // Even when you do have an appt made in advance, the wait times are unreasonable. Wait an hour in the waiting room, then see the nurse, then wait in the exam room for another hour. You'll wait for a good 2 hrs just to see Dr. Snider for 10-15 min. If I were retired or off work that day I wouldn't care. But if I have to leave work for an appointment - and I specifically requested one where I could get… in & out because of that - waiting 2 hrs isn't acceptable. That's what really turned me off. You're there in the waiting room, it's packed, and everyone has the same appt time. As you're sitting there, the drug reps come & go. They can see her right away (or with minimal wait) while you sit there in the waiting room an hour after your scheduled time. I understand that's important & she can help a lot of people with the samples from them, but it is still irritating. I also understand that sometimes appointments run over - she can't help that a patient who should have taken 20 min of her time took 45. Maybe I have just been very unlucky or maybe the receptionist didn't communicate my need to not sit in waiting room an hour past my scheduled time the last 2 visits, but I had to go find another doc. // As more patients like me leave to find docs who respect our time maybe things will improve for her remaining patients. Hopefully she isn't taking new patients because she is obviously saturated. I wish I could have stayed with her because she truly is among the best from a competency standpoint. Her diagnoses and recommended treatments were always perfect. She always seemed concerned and I felt she truly cared about my health. Her nurse (Sherry?) is also outstanding. // Maybe that's the reverse side of the coin with an outstanding doctor - they're in such high demand that their availability is severely limited? Since I don't have serious health issues, I'll settle for a doc with less experience, not as stellar credentials, and not as fantastic a nurse on staff - but who is accessible to me when I need her.

I found Dr. Snider to be very caring and took the time to listen to all my concerns and addressed each of them. She has an excellent bedside manner and I felt so much better after leaving her office about my health concerns!
