Dr. Burge is a fellowship trained board certified musculoskeletal radiologist specializing in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Prior to joining the HSS department of radiology and imaging, she completed her fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at HSS. Dr Burge is highly involved in research activities, and is a member of the HSS MRI Laboratory, Institutional Review Board (IRB), and Radiology Clinical Review Panel (CRP), in addition to serving as the Director of Fellow Research for the Radiology and Imaging department. Her research interests include MR imaging of arthroplasty and advanced imaging of articular cartilage; she has published numerous scientific articles and book chapters pertaining to these and other musculoskeletal imaging topics, and has presented research and served as course faculty at a variety of local, national, and international scientific meetings.
