Dr. O’Hagan was caring and respectful to me as her patient. I felt confident as she handled my medical condition. She is very thorough and listened to my concerns. She answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed on any of my appointments with her.

Spent three visits with her, over a five-month period. Each time she was not HEARING me. I made the initial visit because of a new, intense pelvic pain with my periods that was affecting my life. In each visit, she kept steering the conversation toward my heavy periods when that was not my reason for the visits. I wanted to find the *cause* of this pain so I could hopefully find relief. After an ultrasound, her list of options was the try the Mirena or BCPs, and then"surgery."She kept pushing the Mirena, which I refused. I wanted to find the cause of the pain and how to stop it, which meant exploratory surgery! She kept talking about my heavy periods.By the third and last visit (still in intense pain during periods)she said I "wasn't a candidate for surgery" and kept bringing up my weight as an excuse. I'm moderately overweight, not huge. She went from "surgery" as an option to "no surgery" within 3 visits. She never found the cause of my pain. She did not hear my concerns.
