Dr. Aliya Imran Ali, MD

Dr. Aliya Ali was my pediatrician and u absolutely loved her. She always had a way of speaking to me where i felt completely comfortable! when i had my first child i was 19 years old of course i had every question in the world . every time i called to make an app the girls were so rude. my son was a premie and had medical conditions so of course i was freaked out, never did they make me feel comfortable. so rude and the facial expressions where as if they didnt wanna be there. unfortunately i was never able to express that with dr ali.

She was my pediatrician growing up now he's my childs.

Dr. Ali is GREAT! She takes the time to listen and explain what is going on with my kids. Her staff on the other hand is AWFUL! They have no professionalism, they forget to put in your appointments in the computer. I've been there on two different occasions with an appt and they say I don't have one. They put you on hold for a long time and sometimes hang up on you after you've been on hold for 20 minutes. I considered changes doctors because of her staff, but I ended up speaking with Dr. Ali about this and she said she would take care of it. I decided to give her staff another chance and nothing has changed. They are so unprofessional! She really needs to make some changes in her staff. I will be changing doctors because of them. I really wish I didn't have to because Dr. Ali is great, but her staff horrible!

Dr. Ali is very friendly and very professional, she was amazing with my now 17 year old and 15 year old. Just last year I had another child and Dr. Ali is the one I went to and will always recommend. She takes care of each case with love and respect.
