Dr. Alka Peter Rebentish, MD

An inhuman pile of garbage who has treated my wife with absolute disdain... if you value your health and well being, look elsewhere. Rebentish is completely insensitive and lacks the most basic compassion.

I was in the hospital 2 years ago with sepsis. Dr Rebentish was very concerned about my well being and kept me informed about my problems and progress. She was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Was very concerned based on reviews. Went to appointment ready for confrontation, but my fears were unwarranted. Doctor Rebentish was congenial and seemingly professional. She ended up ordering some blood work and stated if it came back negative, there would be no need for me to come back in. Staff was also very friendly.

I had just returned from South America. I was deathly sick. I had all the symptoms of a fungal or bacteria disease. My PC doctor referred me to this doctor. When calling her office for an appt. I was told she does not see patients in the office. Only in the hospital. My neighbor told me her husband was in the ICU and everytime this doctor came in, she spent about 30 seconds, told the patient nothing and left. She also billed the insurance company $250.00 per visit to the hospital room. No wonder she wants me IN THE HOSPITAL. It's more money for her.

This doctor has had a serious complaint with the Physicians Board for neglect of proper care and having a patient die. She was was reprimanded and PAID $250,000 to patient's family. She is not fully versed on infectious diseases especially "zoonotic" diseases. She just speaks, you cannot understand her, she smiles and scoots you out before you explain the issues you have. questions. But don't dare question her. She thinks she sits at the right hand of God. question her

Not sure what country this Doctor get her medical degree nor license to operate as a Doctor in....She nor her staff does not care about your health or wellbeing.

What a mistake to go to this woman. Talk about the bedside manner of broken glass, she is awful. She is rude and insulting. If you get an infection she will try to tell you that you did it to yourself. She refuses to followup with you and wont return a phone call. Her office stooge is rude and he wont return a phone call . She is way to opinionated about other doctors and could be sued for slandering them. But she will be quick to refer you to one of her Indian friends. Go to someone else, she does not take you seriously and she is not a good doctor.

Terrible. She saw my 90 year old grandmother in the hospital for chronic UtI and osteomyelitis - prescribed IV antibiotics. She discontinued the IV therapy but then wound infection came back. It took this terrible person almost a week to contact me to re- prescribe another round of IV therapy for my grandmother. Meanwhile, my family Doctor, Walgreens infusion and nursing agency Was all ignored by this uncaring, joke of a doctor. Stay clear of her!!!

Dr Rebentish is most definitely an insensitive, uncaring individual. Though I followed her treatment and took the antibiotics she prescribed, when I had a terrible side effect, she blew me off and told me to get in touch with my Primary. She thinks she is the Queen of Sri Lanka, but she is a very cold and nasty individual. BEWARE!

Horrible, rude, couldn't be bothered. She made me feel like an inconvenience in her day. Will not EVER go to or recommend
