Worst experience ever. This doctor has absolutely no manners and treats patients with zero respect. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—stay far away!

During my visit I had an extremely unsettling experience. She was unprofessional and spoke to me in a manner that felt hostile and inappropriate. I did not feel respected or properly cared for. I would not recommend her based on my experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!

Doctor Alla Brodech is highly trained medical professional.She is deeply understanding patient's needs giving best possible medical care. She is the doctor who I can trust. Vlad.

Good things that I did not use the service of the doctor because looking at the review was really helpful. I had a really bad experience making an appointment the staff is very rude and have no manners, that really made me think about it and decided not to go for my appointment.

Dr. Brodech is so nice doctor!! She treated my varicose veins with two treatments when other doctors said I needed 10!! Very honest good lady!!

I was seen Dr. Brodech for immigration medical exam and also for regular check up, and non of them was even good. first of all, the staff is very rude , Russian receptionist is horrible, I don't know how long she is working there, but it's looks that She don't know what she is doing and the american lady is very rude , was laughing on my accent, looks like she was mad on me with no reason. And Dr. Brodech rush me in and out , spend about 5 min to fill out forms and let me go , i don't have a chance to ask a single question. she send me on some x-ray and shots , that I didn't need ( just for charge me extra) looks like she just take advantage of my situation. After all, her office never send me any bills and after 2 month of visit I get call from collection agency tell me that I have bill that i didn't pay. so It was RELAY BAD EXPERIENCE , AND NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN I WILL GO TO SEE THIS DOCTOR. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Worst experience I had so far. The staff doesn't have any manners, hang up the phone on you, when you call they try to jump into conclusions even before letting the patient talk to the doctor, every receptionist who works with Dr Alla is rude and uncourteous and if you try to point that out to the doctor she just tries to make excuses. Even if you try to fill prescriptions at the pharmacy, the staff will say that they sent the prescription fax and when you are at the pharmacy to collect it, there's nothing. These people better learn some customer satisfaction rules or it's gonna affect them big time. Either the doctor change her staff or she better close the practice.
