Dr. Alla I Neyshtadt, MD

I've been her patient for more that 10 years. Since I didn't have any health issues for all those years, I've been coming to her office periodically. As soon as I got sick this year, she showed a different side of her: she doesn't have a proper knowledge, interest and professional approach for a proper medical care.

She is extremely rude and unethical to her patients. She doesn't care about your medical conditions and would not help you if you get really sick. She'll just dismiss you. You'll be here on your own with your health issues. She cares only about offering flu shots to make easy money.

Every time I call the staff says DR not available , no explanations. just “see nurse” ! I did not get expensive insurance to “see nurse”, told them saw nurse many times already ! No matter ! Paying copay for Dr always scheduled with pushy nurse who thinks she runs the place thanks to DR who is not there

Front desk is so rude.

I've been a patient of Dr Neyshtadt for a few years now. I chose her after 2 1/2 years of Dr shopping following my previous General Practitioner's death. I have an extensive medical history. Dr. Neyshtadt does thorough follow-ups on each visit. I would agree that her last office was too small for the size of her practice, but now that her space has expanded and she's hired additional staff the place is more efficient than ever. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

She is a horrible doctor and extremely rude. Alla took another patients that came in after me before me. She is totally scattered brained and does not care about the patients needs. Her whole staff is rude including the receptionist that answers the phone. I will never go back to her again. Don't waste your time with her. All she wants to do is get her patients in and out as quick as possible without listening to them.
