Dr.Zhkova is excellent,caring, compassionate and she listen to my concerns and does not push needless testing.. She is absolutely wonderful, has great sense of humor, is honest about medications.

Having only 2 appointments I am a new patient of hers, I found her to be thorough and caring .. Her staff was very caring as well . I have no complaints ..

This is a pushy, bossy, rude individual with no people skills. At my first visit, before she had discussed any of my conditions in any depth, she told me to have several different tests. She became annoyed when I questioned her about the need for these tests and treated me as if I was an idiot and she was the expert. Her attitude was â?? how dare I question her. She became downright rude and overbearing. I have never been treated this way by any doctor in my life. Her harsh treatment had me in tears and then neither she nor any of her staff seemed to care. I have lodged a complaint with my insurance carrier and am considering lodging further complaints against her.

very nice person, in a major rush always, heavy accent not always . easy to understand but always feels like she knows exactly what you need.
