The staff at Dr.Perel’s office has always been very kind & accommodating to me. The PA’s are wonderful & very helpful to my needs. I would definitely recommend Dr.Perel. I am also so grateful to be under his care.

Spent years dealing with this office's inability to answer the phone, return calls, or provide any useful medical assistance. Besides their disgraceful bed side manner and generally inept staff, collectively the practice has minimal capacity to provide sound medical advice besides encouraging patients to get a second opinion in Manhattan. Save yourself the aggravation and don't bother with this highly unprofessional practice. (Required to leave 1 star.)

Dr. Perel is wealth of knowledge. He was so helpful, along with his staff, and also the other providers in there are always there to help provide care and answer any questions. Thankful to have them!!

I can’t begin to thank Dr. Perel and all is staff for their kindness and immediate attention on so many matters. My first experience with everyone was amazing. The first encounter with Gina went above and beyond ever expected. Being in a situation where time was of the essence, I could have not experienced better attention and kindness from Dr. Perel and Gina.Dr Perel was also wonderful seeing me quickly and explaining and ordering all the test needed. A thanks also to Tina, Kathy, Danny and the ultrasound tech. I will never forget the great care and kindness everyone showed during a stressful time. Thank you Elizabeth R

Called my parent telling her she missed her two dr appointments. meanwhile I make all my mothers appointments and was not given it did i make an appointment . She took a test and his office staff, rude ( he is also rude) yelled at my mother over the phone about two missed appointments band said “ By the way your test results are negative”. no explanation from doctor after trying to reach doctor for results. I rate this doctor as Big Fat Zero. if you love your parent , etc and you need a doctor, you won’t send them to Dr Perel

Refuses to return phone calls . Both Dr Perel and his staff refuse to respond to phone calls concerning test results taken in the office. He yelled at my mother because he cannot understand why she is dizzy. It is now 2 months and the doctor and his staff does not have time to respond to phone call concerning test results. my mother is home bound. i stopped by the office and was told they could not give test results without my mother being present. i explained my mother is home bound the would not accommodate her. i am my mothers caretaker. they would not give me the results. He was insulting and condescending to my mother. she came for help. but he had no interest in why she was in his office. He is a typical doctor from the burbs. a waste of time
