Summary
Janhavi received her bachelor’s degree from Gujarat University in India. Her passion in seeking and developing her knowledge led her to pursue Masters’ degree in exercise Science from Long Island University, Brooklyn, which she also worked as a teacher assistant and tutor for anatomy and physiology. During her internship, Janvi participated in civil government hospital in, India treating a variety of patients including inpatients, outpatient care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and neurological patients. Janvi continued to develop her skills and got certifications in both muscle energy techniques , which is used for muscular conditions treatment, and NDT (neurodevelopmental techniques) which is used to treat neurological cases. She recently became APOS certified clinician , which is a new innovative tool used to treat lower back , hip and knee conditions. Janhavi takes holistic and evidence-based practice in order to treat her patients and she takes great care of the patient’s goals.
