I never leave reviews. I am so frustrated by this Dr. Did not read my records let alone realize that I was there for my appointment based on a referral. I was treated like a number and not person. Something has changed as see great reviews from a year ago. Overall a horrible experience I was there for help instead I got "Be thankful for having a hand. The damage is done" Um so how do I cope with this? how do improve this? I don't have those answers as the Dr. simply walked out leaving me in the room... Is the appointment over? As I just sat there... I finally just left as no one even told me how to leave the area. Wanted help advice what can we do? there has to be a better a way? My hand is not normal and I need help... Nope nothing from this facility. Please stay away you deserve better. You deserve respect as a human being and your issues are important you deserve to be listened to.

There is a sign in the front office requesting patients give the doctor a good review on Google. The sign should say "SURGERY ONLY. DON'T EXPECT ME TO CARE", instead. So here, is my "good" and honest review of Dr. Groebs: He doesn't listen to you as a patient. He is rough during examinations and procedures. He told me that he wanted nothing to do with helping with disability paperwork. He forced a finger to bend after surgery which upset my PT who said it could cause permanent damage doing that. I'm currently working with 2 new doctor's who are amazing. I'll never go back to him even to fix the surgeries he performed that failed to fix my issues. Both my thumbs down for this doctor

I have been waiting to see him for 75 minutes and counting. This makes for a terrible over all experience. I blocked an hour out of my day for this appt. Very disappointed!

He was knowledgeable about my finger but very rude! I know you can meet someone and instantly dislike them and he did me. I'm not one to show emotion but I was surprised how horrible he treated me with just his words and left feeling humiliated by him! My husband sensed how he felt about me after my surgery in talking to him. His last words were, well that pin should last you 4 years and then you'll be back in to amputate it..... I have never met anyone that unprofessional before!!!

Dr Groebs bedside manner was excellent. He explained everything and help me understand my condition. Getting an appointment was in a good timely manner. Glad he took new patients. Dr Groebs did an excellent surgery on my hand. I would recommend him highly.

I have know Dr Groebs for many years. He has always been an exceptional Doctor and person in his practice. A+!

He repaired my 4th and 5th metacarpal back in 2001 when he was at Aves surgical center. I have never had any problems with it. Great Dr., Great staff (especially Sarah with the blonde hair)!!
