Dr. Allen Shuyuan Liu, MD

I was referred to Dr. Liu. I had been attacked by a dog ( the week prior) that resulted in left wrist lacerations and partial middle digit amputation/surgical reattachment. My complaint was of a stiff and very painful hand. The ER hospital bandaging was carefully removed by a tech. Then Dr. Liu intervened and promptly (without permission) grabbed my exposed swollen middle finger and forcefully bent it down. It was so unexpected and I wrenched out in pain. My partner was present and was as astonished as I that he would treat a patient with such insensitivity. The Dr. then stated " "Now that is how your finger should flex!" We never returned for a followup visit and promptly got another hand specialist. Dr. Liu in my estimation is not worthy of even a 1 star rating. The worst experience EVER! with a physician.

Dr. Allen S. Liu, does not take the time to explain, your just the next in line for service, horrible I had to look for someone else for another Dr. for my injured hand.

Dr Lui did not take the time to answer questions regarding my son's surgery in the hospital. He avoided questions eom myself and other Drs

The wait time was 1.5 hours to be seen by Dr Liu. He spoke very fast with a heavy accent-it was difficult to follow what he was saying, even for the patient as well as myself. The time he spent with us was rushed and we left feeling like we should get a second opinion. When we were rescheduling an appointment they offered only one time and said if we didn't take it it would affect our healing. Basically take it or you risk his health-was the attitude we received. Not the friendliest staff.

Simply put, he is very good. I would recommend him to anyone.
