Great Doctor

My family has been seeing Dr. Olsen for 16 years. He is a great listener and spends time with his patients. He's willing to offer second opinions and give you references if needed. He's not one to jump to expensive unnecessary procedures or fads. My kids love him.

I only have nice things to say about Dr. Olsen! He has always been kind and considerate to my family. He listens to our concerns, talks to us about treatment options, and provides the best in medical care. The wait times can be long if he is squeezing you in, but it's worth it.

I like Dr. Olsen. He is a nice man though he can quite strict sometimes which I don't like. He seems to have a good command of medical knowledge and I believe he tries to give well-thought out and accurate diagnoses. I would like going to him more if he were warmer and more personable.

We took my infant son, husband and myself to Dr. Olsen over the past few months. At first he seemed great. He was very thorough with the first few visits and seemed to care. With each visit he became less and less caring. He appeared only to care about getting the diagnosing questions answered, and would disregard questions I asked about my son's health and my own. The wait time in the front waiting area isn't bad, maybe 10 to 20 minutes, which is even easier to deal with considering there are tv's and toys for kids to play with. Then once you get in the exam room I have had to wait of 30 to 45 minutes. It's very hard and frustrating with a toddler wanting to touch all the dangerous medical equipment and unprotected electrical outlets in those little exam rooms. If they are going to keep us waiting, PLEASE let us stay in the front waiting room where it's safe and easier to keep a toddler happy. My husband and I feel uncomfortable with Dr. Olsen. He made us feel as though our… questions weren't important and that we were stupid for asking. We will not be going back to him despite the fact the office is just across the street. What a shame.
