Dr. Adams is absolutely wonderful! She asks many questions and takes time to listen!

Dr. Adams took the time to fully explain our treatment plan.

My Dr was able to explain what I had been doing wrong regarding my medication in a pleasant way.

Dr. Adams is a fantastic doctor and great listener'

Dr. Adams is not thorough and does not provide excellent care. She seems to do the minimum amount of effort. I will be switching PCPs.

I went to see Dr. Adam for a yearly physical, which is 100%covered by my insurance, and during the visit Dr. Adams asked me if any had happen health wise since last time I saw her. I told I had knee surgery and it wasn’t doing well and that I was still in pain at times. Because I answered her question about my health during my annual physical Dr. Adam and the Practice she works for (Vanderbilt) billed me for an office visit on top of the physical. There was no examination on my knee. This is borderline fraud. I appealed it twice and they would not correctly bill my visit. Dr. Adams and the practice she works for clearly do not care about their patients. They only care about money and fraudulently billing services not rendered.

I brought my son in to see Dr. Adams this summer for his 7th grade immunizations and school physical. His old doctor has left the practice and Dr. Adams was helpful in getting his medication form filled out for him as well and checking him out and following up on previous issues. She was professional, helpful and friendly.

My son has ADHD and is a small kid. I have been hounding this physician for 3 years to do something about low weight and low height. We were referred to GI and endocrine FINALLY. All came back normal from the GI doctor. I called simply for a refill of his stimulant medication (a medicine that he had been on for years) I was told by the pharmacy that the refill was declined. It was during state testing and my son is in 8th grade. I called the office for clarification and the nurse simply said that Dr. Adams will no longer refill the medicine because of his low weight. I asked to speak to Dr. Adams, this request was declined. I asked to get an appt with enough medication to complete testing for the one week- this was also declined. Needless to say that my son did very poorly on testing this year. I was disappointed and angered. My son does not take the medication in the summer nor on weekend or holidays. His weight does not vary- it does not increase off the medicine. And… not to give warning, not to speak to the patient's parent is appalling. At the same time, my daughter had labs showing a ferritin level of 5. I asked why this could be--she was not menstruating yet to explain any blood loss. The nurse called with the results and simply told us to start an iron supplement over the counter- had no recommendation of brands. She offered no further investigative studies to explain the lab. She offered no repeat lab....I had to ASK to have it repeated after a few months of taking the iron. Overall awful care- I never did get an explanation or phone call from the Dr. Adams. Dr. Adams is not thorough. She offers no help.

I was very disappointed. I'm upset I have to actually pay for such bad service is the worst part. Now I have to make another appointment to be seen elsewhere by another doctor. My appointment was a waste of my time and money!!!! She did not listen to my needs/ concerns or ask about history. She had suggestions in which I listened to politely. She had her own agenda of referring me all over the place. Nothing was accomplished. She would not refill my prescription and without refill I could end up in the ER. I had to call my old doctor to get it refilled! She listened to my heart for about 5 seconds and my throat a foot away for a second, not joking either. What a huge waste of time and money!

Never go to this clinic. I had scheduled my annual health check up as a new patient and I was confirmed by my insurance company it 100%covered.But when I visited the clinic they just check my blood pressure,height n weight n the doctor came in and asked me some questions like every other docs do in annual checkup up. I discuss some issues n she even didn't give any clear solution.n then the bill arrived to us few day after as showing it is a dignosis.it was not physical .I had asked the doctor for physical she told me take another appointment!! It is clearly understood it is Nexus between the staffs to increase the patients visits to their clinic so that can grab some more money.never believe these people.
