Summary
Allison Bower, CNM, APRN, is a certified nurse midwife with three decades of nursing experience. She has been part of the nurse-midwife team at her current practice since 2016, when she completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Frontier Nursing University. Over the course of her career, she served intermittently as a labor and delivery nurse and as a perinatal services team leader and shift supervisor at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, spending years in between as a high school nurse and senior community health nurse providing high-risk pregnancy care for the Florida Department of Health in Bartow. She joined our esteemed OB/GYN midwifery team in Central Florida when her current OB/GYN practice based in Davenport became part of AdventHealth Medical Group in 2020.
