Would give zero stars if I could, I cannot warn you away from the practice strenuously enough. I helped my mom get set up with Medicare and choose Dr. Butler based on positive online reviews at US News and another site. Feel pretty terrible about that decision. First of all, only ever saw a series of PAs. Was told would be scheduled with Dr. Butler and then wasn't. Medication refills not sent after repeated calls, or were incorrect. Last visit with PA (again was assured beforehand would be with Dr. Butler), PA was rude, never physically examined or touched my mother, and did not listen to her own experience about her health. Was told she needed a referral, but no referral was initiated. When my mother gave feedback about that very upsetting interaction, she finally heard from Dr. Butler: to tell her to feel free to find another practice. This when my mother is currently scheduled for major surgery in less than a month. And then to top that off, my mom (after years of vigilance) got… COVID. She called immediately about Paxlovid as she's at very high risk and of switching to a new practice takes time. Her calls were never returned: presumably their pettiness extended to putting my mother's life in danger. Again: I cannot warn you away from this practice strenuously enough.

Dr. Butler is a wonderful doctor. This is the only reason I continue coming to this practice. I dread my appointments because I know I will wait 2-2.5 hours. My time is not valued at all. There is never an explanation of why I am waiting; it's as if it's just a given and I should just expect it. I have many other doctors and I never wait like this at any other practice.

She’s been my primary for about three years now . I love how considerate and compassionate she is when talking with her . She’s hilarious as well.

Started seeing Dr. Butler a few years ago and was so happy with my first visit. She was so up beat and very knowledgeable and thought I made a good choice of doctors. The next time I went I waited over 2 hours to finally see someone and it wasn’t Dr. Butler it was the nurse practitioner which was very nice. But you cannot make a patient wait that long without saying something. Well every time I been it is the same thing, waiting at least an hour to see someone. Have only seen Dr. Butler twice in a few years. Time to find a new doctor that is not over booked and can see her patients. I don’t know if the problem is the scheduling department but they need to get things together. I had my daughter going there, but the same thing has happened to her so she is going elsewhere,too. It is a shame because I really liked Dr. Butler, but I work and my time is valuable.

My family has been coming to see Dr Butler and her staff for over 5 years. She is an amazing Doctor that treats you like family. Yes the wait sometimes is long but that's because she gives you 100% of her time in your appointment and takes the time explaining the results and answer any questions you have. When my brother and sister in law passed away 3 years ago she took time to send me a sympathy card and a phone call offering thier condolences. And again last year when when my mom passed. They are truly a FAMILY doctor and we won't go anywhere else.

Went to see Doctor Buttler my appointment was for 11:30 they called me in the room and there I waited an hour finally a nurse practitioner came in . She didn't check my chest or my lung. Didn't explain my lab results to good. I was a Hospic patient that had ARDS. . Walked out of there very dissatisfied. Wasted my time. This is the second time that I go to see doctor butler and have ve been very disappointed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Butler's for years, but lately, she has expanded her office and now I cannot get an appt with her. And if I do get an appt, I have to wait over an hour for her to come to my room. Have seen the PA's in her office for over two years now. Have not had Dr. Butler.

I'm too young to have had a doctor who made house calls, but Dr. Butler would have been one of these in generations past. You are treated as a whole person. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. Her bedside manner is 5 Stars! She will treat the problem that you came for, and if it happens that this problem is connected to something else going on in your life, she will ask about how that can be helped. Think making you a healthier person. She treats young as well as elderly with the same caring attitude. You won't be disappointed. **The 4 stars on promptness is because you won't be hurried through your appointment once she is seeing you.

Been seeing Dr. Butler for a few years now. Her and her staff are excellent with my family and are always willing to assist you. Only negative us the wait to see the Dr. After initial diagnosis by her staff can be long. I believe it's because of the number of patients, everything one leaves one walks in the door. Overall I trust Dr. Butler and her staff with my family and would recommend her to anyone looking for a new Dr.
