Dr Ritch is a very inexperienced endodontist and integrity is very questionable. Her surgery left me with pain/suffering from an infection she improperly treated - apicoectomy. Dr Ritch would not rectify her failed / botched procedure and instead distanced herself from the problem with falsehoods and deception. In addition, she violated HIPPA privacy laws without my consent. Currently notifying the Mass Medical Board as a complaint. Avoid her for dental procedures. My Contact info is below.

Dr. Ritch did an amazing job on my root canal and made what could be an unpleasant experience, a pleasant one. She took the time to ask questions, listen and explain the procedure from start to finish. I would highly recommend her and will be telling my dentist, as well as my friends.

The root canal was performed efficiently, including a narration of the stages. The office staff and assistants were welcoming as well.
