Dr. Allison Ruth Rittmann, MD

She is very concerned about your health. She makes sure you understand everything. Easy to talk to.

My PCP was not available to see me so I was assigned to Dr. Allison Rittmann. I went in feeling a bit nervous based on the other reviews on here. I'm glad to report that Dr. Rittmann was great! She took the time to listen to my concerns, ordered all the necessary test to give me peace of mind and assure nothing else was going on. I felt very happy with my appointment after we were done and felt comfortable with the facts that we will have some answers. she was very compassionate to my fears and reassured me things were going to be fine. I definitely recommend her!

If you want a doctor that has no personality, is very arrogant, abrupt, dismissive, judgmental, unhealthy, misconstrues your conversation with her (in her computer portal notes), has no regard for patient confidentiality, lies and lets the computer do all the work, then hey, knock yourselves out! Dr. Alison Rittman has an incredibly bad/insensitive bedside manner. If she were twice as good as she thinks she is, she’d be half a good as she really is.

This office is great. I never wait long. Everyone is kind, courteous and very pleasant. Dr. A. Rittmann always listens and addresses my physical needs as well as any concerns with my overall mental health. I'm extremely impressed by how quickly I get back test results. If I call the office for anything, they always get back to me same day. I highly recommend this Dr. and Staff.

This doctor is rude and could care less about her patient's care/health.

I don't know why I kept going to her but I finally changed doctors. She has no personality and I find her to be very judgmental. My best friend has her father and he is great but was not taking on any new patients so I though his daughter would be great. She was not. I was so happy that I finally changed doctors. My opinion. Go somewhere else!

I saw Dr. Rittman for several years and each time I visited her I always left upset and told myself I wouldn’t go back. From clapping and telling me “congrats you have mono” ?????? (Not something I was too excited about), to prescribing me anxiety medication without asking any questions and telling me there was only 1 option for medication type when I know that isn’t true, to finally the last straw of making me cry with how rude she was the last time I saw her and making me feel like a complete idiot for asking questions she should have been able to answer. Now that I have a new PCP, I cannot reiterate enough times to stay away from Dr. Rittman. I’m not sure how she became a doctor in the first place with her terrible bedside manor.

My first recommendation - find another MD due to misdiagnosis and no recommendation to even see a specialist. So when I went to see a cardiologist for another situation, he took one look at me and got me in touch with appropriate specialist to remove the cancer that I had asked her about for several years. She barely looks at you but certainly keeps her nose in computer. When I told her about her "misdiagnosis" that the lump I had was nothing and don't worry for two years in a row. She got back to me and said it wasn't in my record...well I wasn't the one typing but maybe she didn't hear my question BUT wait, she had stopped typing and rolled her stool over to feel it both years. Maybe if she had suggested seeing specialist (or good doctor) I could have not only avoided cancer but also the blacking out I was having. I now have a new doctor and an array of cancer specialists and what a difference between her and them.

Dr Allison Rittman , has always been a delightful Dr to visit. She has always been friendly , kind , compassionate, and personable. I literally trust my life to her.

I'm going back to see Dr Rittman. She was professional and right on about her diagnosis.
