She completed her Bachelor’s of Exercise Science at East Stroudsburg University. While at East Stroudsburg University, Ally played Division II field hockey. She recently obtained her Certification in Manual and Neurodynamic Therapy and is working towards her certification through the McKenzie Institute to specialize in movement-based classification. She currently runs the total joint replacement gym program, striving to help patients return to higher level activities, work, and everyday function. Ally works to help patients understand their condition, recover function, and work towards achieving their goals.
