Everyone was very informative and always very caring in the way they relay medical explanations.

I would like to express my concerns regarding my recent experience. The provider's communication style came across as dismissive and, at times, condescending. I felt that my role as a parent was not fully respected, as decisions and expectations were presented in a manner that felt directive rather than collaborative.Additionally, several questions asked during the visit seemed overly personal and not clearly related to the purpose of the appointment. This created discomfort and did not feel appropriate within the context of care. I also felt that my concerns were not fully heard or acknowledged, which is an important part of establishing trust between families and healthcare providers.I value respectful, patient-centered care where communication is open, supportive, and inclusive of the parent's perspective. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve future interactions.

She is knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She has your child's best interest at heart.

She has a horrible attitude and is very rude. She doesn't make you feel comfortable and doesn't explain anything. Do not take your children here.

I would not recommend Dr. Hardy to anyone. A good pediatrician needs to have good rapport and bedside manner with CHILDREN. Dr. Hardy has very poor bedside manner and like a previous coment stated, she always seemed bothered to be there. I did not feel Dr. Hardy would have been qualified or compassionate enough to treat my children if a serious issue arose. If you want a doctor who simply reads a list of questions from a computer screen and doesn't truly care about your child, then see Dr. Hardy. My kids have since switched to another doctor and we love him!!

I waited a very long while before deciding to write so that my emotions would not be involved. This physician's attitude leaves a lot to be desired. She was clearly uninterested in my child or what I was saying, so much so that he continued to go undiagnosed until he wound up in the ER. Subsequent visits were the same, she appears bothered to even be there. I have since gone elsewhere. I do not recommend going here for any reason.

My family and I spend our summers in PA.My daughter injured her ankle and Dr Hardy was kind enough to fit her in and saw her right away. She was very professional. We really liked her and would highly recommend her to our friends.

Dr Hardy is a very good doctor. Highly recommended.

This doctor was covering for my daughters primary care and her attitude was horrible. My daughter had just saw her doctor and a problem had come up after the visit that I wanted to address. The doctors response was since the problem did not come up at the time of her visit, she could wait until next week when her primary physician is back. What type of response is that. I'm addressing the problem now.
