Wonderful experience Dr. Ocean is amazing at every level

Dr Ocean goes above and beyond! She spends time answering every question and explains everything. She starts and ends every session with a warm embracing hug. She answers emails within a timely fashion. Appointments are made with esse and I haven't waited more than 1-2 days to discuss results. She's phenomenal!

I can't say enough about Dr. Ocean. She is knowledgeable, supportive, compassionate, and reachable. She explains everything to you and answers all questions.

When I first met my oncologist in 2007, we had that instant connection.  Dr. Ocean has been a blessing to me and to others sent from heaven above.  Her kindness, compassion, and concern is so greatly appreciated. Dr. Ocean takes the time to listen and to make her patients feel valued and respected. She always go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. I feel so blessed to know her and have her as my oncologist.  There are not enough words for me to express my appreciation to her and in addition to her medical team and admin staff.  Dr. Ocean you are one of my heroes. THANK YOU

Dr ocean is always too busy for her patients.. it’s impossible to reach her personally if it’s not during your appointment time..She has no clue no matter how many times you are there she always has to look in her files to remember anything about your specific case. Flighty and makes some very bad judgement calls that can cause serious harm to her patients ..do yourself a favor and find better. Wish we did.

Whileinitially, my husband and I felt that Dr. Ocean was knowledgeable and agreed to her course of chemotherapy, we were mistaken. My husband became ill quickly and Dr. Ocean told us to have a port installed that he was dehydrated. He had a Urinary Tract Infection but since she did not check, we did not know until 3 days later. He was so sick by the time the port was instilled, it had to be done under local anesthesia. I called the office 4 times, the Dr. never came to the phone, I physically brought my husband to her office in a wheelchair and was told to bring him to the ER. I did and we waited 25 hours for admission to the hospital. We did not see Dr. Ocean or her team for a week after he was admitted. My husband was discharged while still ill, went to a rehab and had to be readmitted to a different hospital. We live 2 hour away from NY and I finally transferred care. I would never go back to Dr. Ocean or their ER. Worst care ever!!
