Dr. Almoutaz Bellah Shakally, MD

I would give this Doctor a 0 if I could. I don't even know how he got through medical school. The front office is always loud and gossiping too. This doctor has no better knowledge than me to put it simply.

Dr. Shakally has been a good enough Physician but when talking to his staff regarding an appointment today, they cancelled it stating that because I was affiliated with PrimeCare of Chino Valley that my insurance wouldn't pay. When I indicated that I was on a PPO and they are a PPO provider with my insurance carrier, the gal wouldn't check it out. She was simply insistent on cancelling the appointment. You've lost me permanently as a patient. The Dr. needs to hire staff that is willing to listen and realize that I might know more than them as I have been in the Medical Insurance business for over 45 years!

I have been waiting for months to see a thyroid specialist after my biopsy result came back inconclusive. I called the clinic and was able to schedule with Dr Shakally. He listened to my concerns and did an ultrasound in the office. He scheduled repeated biopsy in few days and within 2 weeks the results came back negative for cancer. The clinic staff was also prompt in calling me with the benign results. I would highly recommend him

Dr Shakally always listens to my concerns. Never late and always responsive to my questions.
